Revised Jones criteria, which have major and minor criteria, are helping to diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever. You have also learnt that penicillin is the drug of choice of acute rheumatic fever and primary and secondary prevention are very much important to prevent the complications of the acute rheumatic fever.
