Passive Computer Animations:
That has no option for users to utilize computer graphics today is mostly interactive for example: movies. Frame animation is non-interactive animation and is usually utilized in generating Cartoon movies. It is an "internal" animation method that is animation inside a rectangular frame. This is as same to cartoon movies: a sequence of frames which follow all at a fast rate, fast sufficient to convey fluent motion. This is usually pre-compiled and non-interactive. The frame is usually rectangular and non-transparent. Frame animation along with transparency information is also known to as "cel" animation. In usual animation, a cel is a sheet of transparent acetate on that a single object or character is drawn.
