The various systems (computer, software and output devices) that are available have different limitations for output that is cartographic in nature. Some systems are CAD, GIS limited etc. with output devices that have quality, size, colour, nomenclature placement, etc. limitations; or some electronic systems have equivalent type display limitations. After producing an output, explain how it could be improved, why this change would be an improvement and why certain enhancements (e.g. sound) would be inappropriate (approximately 500 words). Refer to your study notes and directed readings for:

? enhancement options e.g. possible enhancing (adding pie charts etc., links, photographs, video, sound, etc.);

? output options to various multimedia (printed, VDU, internet, etc.); and

? data input types (possible/desirable), format etc. and metadata needs to have this project reach its best potential.
