OTRS Customisation using Perl, MySQL Programming
OTRS is a perl based open source issue ticket management solution. Default performance features 'note-internal' that is visible to admins and agents however not visible to customer.
I wish to adjust this behaviour as a result that 'note-internal' becomes visible to the customer IF and ONLY if there is a time-accounting record attached to that article. 'note-internal' must remain hidden from customer when there is no time accounting record.
