Organizational diagnosis helps to determine the goals as per the performance level in terms of current and past performance. It measures the organizations development to achieve the goal and to achieve the success.

It helps the ways of doing business and the new plans and innovation comes in this process.

It is useful for an organization because it maintains the plan it manages the orientation and induction it sets the goals of the company and gathers and process the information as well as data and analyze the gap and gives the feedback for the performance it is useful and helpful because it generates an action plan and implement the whole process and steps to meet the organizational goals and it the monitors control and evaluate the total system.

The role of workshop is defined by the project manager who orders and gives the plan to its members to execute them. Their merits are to work together with majority to achieve success both from the personal point of view as well as organizational point of view. They work together to complete the targets specified. Example: Accenture has achieved its goals along with the team and workshop.

Demerits include the right person at a right time. It is time consuming for the manager to understand each employee and his talents. Example the iron shops the wires and cables don't work well.

Task force role is to identify the particular task and the assign to the particular person to complete the task.

The merit is to finish the task with a particular team who can assist in all ways. Example The he group is able to complete the executive communication presentation of an MBA level with the help of the group members and the task which has been assigned to all the members.

Demerit includes the communication and interaction level which requires the person to talk either through an e-mail or via telephone to complete the task.
