An organization may be defined as a group of people working in a group to achieve a common goal. The employees of the organization form different teams and work accordingly to complete the project allotted to their team. In an organization, the manager has a very important role to play. He has the power to command and enforce discipline within the organization. He must possess some important attributes, which make him eligible to be the leader within the organization.
A lot of challenges are being faced within the organization during thedaily operations. These challenges need to be faced by the manager and should be solved by him either alone or by the help of the sub - ordinates. Challenges may be of any type, it may be a human resource problem, a raw materials procurement problem, some sort of financial problem or it may be information systems management problem. All these problems need to be addressed as soon as possible such that they do not harm the functioning of the organization. At this time, the actual ability of a manager can be tested.
In our organization, we are going to a big challenge as our organization is going to start a new division that includes selling of computer systems and their repairing. It needs a lot of planning and management decisions to effectively finalize the launch of the division and its proper growth. For the division to be started without any fault, the managers as well as the sub - ordinates need to work in co - ordination with each other. So, I as the manager of our organization has a very crucial role to play since the success of the division is very important for my personal growth also.
