Optimizing cost of the compensation: compensation management is aims at optimizing cost of the compensation by establishing some kind of linkage with performance and compensation. It is not necessary that higher level of wages and salaries will bring higher performance automatically but depend on the type of the linkage that is established between performance and the wages and salaries. Compensation management tries to attempt at this.
