Olericulture deals with the storage, production, marketing or processing of vegetables.
Olericulture encompasses crop establishment, including the seedbed preparation, cultivar selection or establishment of vegetable crops by seed & transplants. It also contains the maintenance and care of vegetable crops for commercial or non-traditional vegetable crop production including organic farming or organic gardening.
