The assignment is to assess the observations and arguments of Kennedy's inaugural address describing the nature of Cold War diplomacy, economic aid, and military might. The essay should consist of summarizing and analysis from the perspective of those who were possibly present and listening to the address at the time it was written without outside knowledge (such as the aftermath of the Cold War). I need some advice on how to tackle this essay. We have about 600 works to work with, so 2-3 body paragraphs max. What are some important points of analysis that I should draw upon and discuss? How would you organize this essay?
