Excel calculation on website

I acquired one excel sheet which makes a calculation based on four variables.

The goal is to have certain sort of online tool which allows people who visit the website to make the calculation by using four sliders (for the variables).

The layout must be so that no code should be visible, just four sliders, a calculate button, a reset button and off course the result.

To give you an awareness of the calculation, it is a payment calculator with the subsequent variables:

Purchase price (incl. tax and it automatically shows the price without tax)

Down payment

End of contract sum

Number of months (12,24,36,48,60,72 months are possible)

The layout must be clean, modern and if color is added, blue is preferred.
