CRM and Shaerpoint

We are using 365+ CRM in the cloud for QuattroCitta at the moment which we will migrate to our own private cloud in six months (project part 2). Within SharePoint online we will have three extra SharePoint child sites within our standard aggregated intranet one for client sites one for competition as well as the other for suppliers. Inside CRM we wish to be capable to create / delete and visit the SharePoint document management / team based sites for each type of entity (client, competition, and supplier). Thus easily, we could have a button on each form (when a site has not been created) for the different entities which can create a new SharePoint site and thus create the link button within the form (both online as well as Outlook integrated) for future linking to the site. On deletion of an entity the record erasing requestor should be able to archive the SharePoint site for future deletion too.
