The sample  may vary according  to the  objective of the research. There  may several objectives  of marketing  research so the  sample  size  may vary as per distinctive objectives. Apart from  these objectives  statistical variable  are also  taken  into  consideration viz,  confidence level  desired  standard  deviation and  so on. These may also  affect  the samples  size.
