Daily maintenance for every facility is not advisable as it would be quite expensive and time consuming. Hence according to the requirements and importance of the machines / equipments maintenance frequency is decided and the weekly monthly maintenance programme is prepared.

The maintenance programme included the followings.

a. Reconditioning or replacing the worn out parts and tools etc.

b. Repairing or replacing the worn out parts tools etc.

c. Checking for all electrical connections of the system.

d. Checking for the performance of each part whether it is performing up to the level or not.

e. Cleaning of interior parts like gear box spark plug radiators etc.

f. It may also include the complete overhauls.
