1. Produce the SW parts for the lugs, connector and tubes. Produce an assembly to FIT at the designated points.
2. Create your own, individual, blank, customised drawing template based on the ANSI template in SW and Appendix 1 from Boundy, as a guide. Where Boundy has the Company name, put your Name & Student ID number. Make it your own individual drawing template - it doesn't need a drawing number. Note that you NEED a Title & Drawing Number for each part & assembly drawing.
3. Produce separate part drawings for each tube, the connector and the two lugs as indicated in the hand-drawn sketch [overleaf], a dimensioned assembly drawing with a Bill of Materials [BoM] plus a blank, individual, template drawing sheet from each team member. Teams divide the work so every team member produces a minimum of two (2) drawings plus their individual blank drawing template. Each drawing needs a descriptive title [e.g. NOT LUG 1 or LUG 2] and a sensible drawing number [e.g. MG 001]. Also see Appendix 1 for the connections between item drawings and the assembly drawing through drawing numbers. The assembly drawing must have a Bill of Materials.
