XYZ mini-mart is a well-established retail chain in Singapore or your country of your choice, selling grocery and household goods. Currently, it has 20 outlets and mostly they are locating in the central busy business areas. The management is exploring the market opportunities in order to expand its business.  

Assume that you have been appointed as the market research manager in this firm and asked to conduct the market research using the secondary data.  Conduct  the  secondary  research  with  the  aim  of  exploring  the  market  opportunities  and submit a formal report on your findings.
