Limitations of Cohen Sutherland line clipping Algorithm

The algorithm is merely applicable to rectangular windows and not to the other convex shaped window.

Consequently, a new line-clipping algorithm was developed via Cyrus, and Beck to overcome this restriction. This Cyrus Beck line-clipping Algorithm is able of clip lining segments irrespective of the shape of the convex window.
