Life  Interactive UPS Systems

The block  diagram of lien integrative UPS  is shown  in figure when the main  supply is ON  static  switch  remains  closed  and load  is connected to mains  through  an inductance L. In this condition the battery  bank  the DC through  inverter which  is used in as charger  now.

Under  the condition of power  failure  the main  static switch  becomes  open. In this  condition the battery bank  supplies the power to the  load  through the inverter.
