Lead to protein denaturation, Biology

Assignment Help:

Q. What are some factors that can lead to protein denaturation?

Protein denaturation can be caused by temperature variation, pH change, changes in the concentration of surrounding solutes and by other procedures. Most proteins denature after certain elevation of temperature or when in very basic or very acid solutions. This is one of the main reasons that it is necessary for the organisms to keep steady temperature and pH.
