Labour Laws

The major objective of the regulative legislation is to control the relations among employees and employers and to provide for technique and manners of settling industrial disputes. The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 initially regulates industrial relations. The possibility of the Act extends for every industrial establishment carrying on any trade, business irrespective of the number of person employed. The state Governments are empowered to alter and modify labour laws, enacted by the central Government considering the particular issues and conditions of labour existing in the states. The development of labour jurisprudence is the culmination of the incessant great effort waged by the workers' in all over the world, for just & better conditions of work and security of their job. Organisations are appreciative to provide employees with a secure and healthful environment. Security is protection of a person's physical health. The major purpose of health and security policies is the safe interaction of people and the work environment. Health promotion targets on prevention instead of treatment or cure.
