What are key functions of changed components of paint?
Answer For regular paint application, there are largely three key components of paint, namely primer, undercoat and finishing coat.
Primer- This is first layer of a typical painting system and it is used to occupy corrosion and provide a fine bond for subsequent coats. Undercoat-This module acts as a barrier to corrosion agents and even out misdeed of bonding surface. It also serves to secrete underlying conditions and stop details and colour of area of application to affect designed colour and finishing facts of paint.
Finishing coat- This is final layer of a typical painting system and it protects underlying layers from an effect of difficult weather conditions and to supply designed properties of paint like colour, impermeability, wearing resistance and so on.
