A capacitor and a coil are linked in series. The capacitor is charged and allowed to discharge by the coil. 

The current that will then flow by the capacitor-coil combination will do one of the following things.  Will it:

a) Flow in one direction, starting at a maximum and decreasing rapidly to zero

b) Oscillate indefinitely

c) Oscillate but diminish steadily to zero

d) Oscillate at high frequency at first but then at slower frequency

Ans- Oscillate but diminish steadily to zero
