Define Interaction of pyridoxine with Ascorbic acid and Leucine?

Ascorbic acid: Vitamin B6 metabolism increases with. Higher levels of vitamin C intake. Whole blood ascorbic acid levels fell during vitamin B6 depletion and returned to normal levels, during 'repletion phase.

Leucine: Excess of the amino acid, leucine in the diet antagonizes the function of vitamin B6 and impairs the conversion of tryptophan to niacin.

Cyanocobalarnin: Vitamin B6 deficiency is reported to cause impairment in vitamin B12 absorption in rats.
