Indexed empty matrix:
The Individual elements cannot be eliminated from matrices, as matrices always have the similar number of elements in every row.
>> mat = [7 9 8; 4 6 5]
mat =
7 9 8
4 6 5
>> mat(1,2) = [];
??? The Indexed empty matrix assignment is not permitted.
Though, whole rows or columns could be removed from a matrix. For illustration, to remove the second column:
>> mat(:,2) = []
7 8
4 5

Built-in functions for Complex numbers: We know that in MATLAB both i and j are built-in functions which return √-1 (therefore, they can be thought of as built-in constants).
Illustration of Spreadsheet Files: This reads the numbers in a double vector variable nums and the text in a cell array txt (the xlsread function forever returns the numbers f
