Assignment (to be published later) will require you to extend the menu-driven application developed in Assignment 2B, to incorporate the recording details of the doctors who will be performing procedures required to treat patient injuries, as well as incorporating file handling to write a "snapshot" of all patient and doctor information out to file, when the program is terminated, so that it can be re-loaded when the program starts up again.
You will also need to incorporate exception handling into the processes for admitting/discharging patients, cancelling/performing procedures, and for placing inpatients under observation, instead of just returning boolean (true/false) values indicating the success/failure of the operation being performed as required in Assignment 2.
