Political stability of parties and their actions like granting etc might also influence the business expansion plans of Bread Talk up to lesser extent in Singapore.

Economical Factors

Economical factors like inflation in most of Asian countries might affect the company due to increased rental and utility charges by influencing the profitability. For example, from CIMB research report on Bread Talk, it is found that Rental expenses are the large portion of the total cost that has affected the financial condition of the company.

Social Factors

People have become more conscious about their health. From the CIMB research report on company, it is identified that changes in consumers' taste can affect the market share of the company and business revenues .

Technological Factors

Technological factors like innovation, advancement etc may also affect the business of Bread Talk, if not considered in time.

Environmental factors

Some of the foods of Bread Talk made by seafood and meat products might influence the image of the company due to identified diseases in seafood and meat. Swine flu is another environmental factor that might influence the business of Bread Talk up to a lesser extent.
