Procedure of Job Evaluation:

The process for job evaluation is as specified below:

a. Know the jobs to calculate.

b. Select the most appropriate process or technique of evaluation.

c. Classify major job characteristics and after that minor ones.

d. Inform all related workers and supervisors etc.

e. Build descriptions and their measuring scale for comparison.

f. Prepare job rating perform or questionnaires and gather inputs.

g. Sort out initial descriptions and set up grades or classes.

h. Identify and evaluate key jobs and other remaining jobs.

Take in consideration representations of workers into job rating.

i. For key jobs or make inter-company survey.

j. Transfer rating values within money terms.

k. Plot a scatter diagram for the more key jobs and end jobs.

l. Bargain onto wage finalise and structure.
