Milk is a wholesome food and so it is generally consumed in its basic form or with the addition of a beverage supplement. Milk is a basic food commodity for several milk-based preparations. It is important to know that the raw milk obtained from a healthy buffalo or cow is generally free from organisms. How then does the milk get spoiled? There are many factors that lead to spoilage of milk. Can you suggest a Consider the following situation.
