I want database development with analysis tools, PL-SQL Programming

Project Description:

I want a database for large governmental and private data sets on one country that will be easily extended to other countries in the future. Also, the database should have a user friendly interface with analysis tools (statistical analyses, geo-spatial tagging, graphical outputs, etc.).

Skills required are Big Data, Data Processing, Data Mining, Database Administration, SQL
