Do the project in a group of 4 to 5 students. The objective of this project is to get students to have a direct contact with an HR practitioner and gain new knowledge and experience from the person. The project should be able to teach students on management of high-potential (HIPO) employees in organizations. The person could be any one as long as he/she is handling staff development activities in the organization.
You must use the survey form attached and ask the HR Manager to fill in the form. Based on the findings, write a brief report based on the data collected.
