How would you classify the GE culture in terms of the "Handy Model" discussed, please motivate your answer to explain why you have chosen a specific culture/s based on the information available in the mission statement.

The Culture adopts by GE is build around the conception of volunteerism and takes in both individual worker activities along with the endeavour at organizational level. The organization persistently utilizes its available resources as well as skills in exceptional ways to satisfy the altering requirements. They continue expanding and researching, prior to analysis and forward any proposal. With respect to the Handy Model, the corporation belongs to task culture prototype because they pursue volunteering endeavours at individual and organization level so as to fulfil the social requirements and construct sound foundations within the community.
