How to Converting Percents to Fractions ?

To convert a percent to a fraction:

1. Remove the percent sign.
2. Create a fraction, in which the resulting number from Step 1 is the numerator and 100 is the denominator.
3. Write the fraction in simplest form.
Example 1: Convert 25% to a fraction.
25% = 25/100 = 1/4

Example 2: Convert 120% to a fraction.
120% = 120 /100 = 12/10 = 6/5
