How is the value of product effective on operational strategy?

Value is the cause why customers choose one rivals product over other, when an organisation can give certain unique features through their operational management; a customer could be willing to pay additional for this and could keep more loyal to the organisation. Reliability, product, aesthetics, durability functions and features, colours, designs, novelty and even the courtesy and friendliness of staff included in the selling and customer maintain services, can make a massive dissimilarity to customer value. But it relies on an effective operational strategy.
