How is the responsibility and authority affected in the organisation?

Responsibility and Authority:

Responsibility implies accountability. This is the obligation of the subordinates to boss to perform a work specified to them. Authority implies right to command and power to do something. Because the top major in the organization can’t do each and all things himself alone, a exact chain of authority and responsibility is provided through the top executive to each worker through several layers or levels among them.
