Now that we have considered what kinds of things are common to each religion, we can see the differences among these religions much more clearly. How do different beliefs shape the society that produced them? To answer this question, we can consider the kinds of philosophical ideas that fill a particular society, or the common idea that certain political leaders were also gods. There are a lot of answers to this question, so you'll need to post a primary reply involving at least 3 of this week's religions. You also must reply to at least two of your classmates throughout the week for full credit. Avoid writing "good post" and use this opportunity instead to understand the role of religion in history, which will continue to be an important theme for the rest of this course.
