How Cycling is beneficial for proper health

Cycling is best for maintenance of fitness. It is a popular exercise and can be done by individual of all ages. Bicycle is required for it. Now days different types of bicycles are available.

Do's of Cycling

1. Cycle at slow speed in the beginning.

2. Do it regularly.

3. The distance and duration of cycling depends upon the fitness of the patient.

4. Do wear cotton and loose clothes.

Don'ts of Cycling

1. Do not start cycling as an exercise if you do not have a proper physical check up.

2. It should not be done in a busy road.
