Management can get more number of goods (output) though the similar amount of resources input as given below:

• Through reducing scrap of materials

• modifying the design of the component or layout of component

• By using the accurate process of production

• By appropriately trained workers for production.

• By appropriate materials handling, proper packaging and storage facilities.

• Improvement within work methods after doing exact work study.

• Use of simple attachments, enhanced tools and other devices.

• Improving machine set-up timings.

• Appropriate maintenance of machinery to ignore sudden breakdowns.

• A suitable plant layout that can accommodate more machinery within the same space.

• Proper construction, orientation and inside situation of a building.

• Linking wages more directly to output will raise productivity.

• Utilize and develop more standard terms into service industries.

• Redesign the content of jobs to create them more challenging and interesting.

• Improve communication to support everyone to work in the direction of the same needed objectives.
