There are always some customers who complain after completing the sales. Like

customer objections, don't take complaints negatively. Other than that, they are often an excellent way to:

  •  Get valuable customer feedback for products
  •  Assess customer attitudes to company policies
  •  Address customer needs that were not earlier identified

In other terms, customer complaints can be a excellent selling opportunity!
