Assignment Help:

Global change: Global change refers to planetary-scale changes in the Earth system. The system consists of the land, oceans, atmosphere, poles, life, the planet's natural cycles and deep Earth processes. These constituent parts influence one another. The Earth system now includes human society, so global change also refers to large-scale changes in society. Global Change refers to the impact of human activity on the key processes that govern the functioning of the biosphere. These include, but are not limited to, the climate system, the stability of the stratospheric ozone layer, the cycles of elements and materials essential for life (biogenic materials), such as nitrogen, carbon, phosphorus or water, and the balance and distribution of species and ecosystems.
