Aerobic Exercises, Examples and their Do's and Don'ts
In the aerobic exercises it requires activities performed for a longer period here we do like to mention certain activities like walking, swimming, skipping, cycling, jogging, outdoor games, yoga and exercises for pregnant women which are very much beneficial for patient with diabetes.
While doing these aerobic exercises a diabetic patient have to under go a thorough check up before undergoing any exercise regimen.
While selecting type of exercise for a diabetic patient it should be based on the needs, work/ profession of the individual, hobbies, interest, skills, ability and also the financial capacity the individual.
