Give detail explanation about Swimming

Swimming is an excellent form of exercise. Swimming can improve the posture and circulation. It is a healthy activity. There are certain risks with swimming like drowning, exposure to chemicals, infection, inhalation of water etc.

Do's of Swimming

1. Proper physical check up of a diabetic patient by a doctor, before starting swimming.

2. Wear swimming suits while doing swimming.

3. Wear a headgear or covering to protect the ear from the entry of water.

4. Start swimming under a proper guide.

Don'ts of Swimming

1. Do not start swimming without proper physical check up by a doctor.

2. Do not start swimming if any respiratory problem.
