I would like to get a matlab code that shifts a given signal by 12.5 ms (to get 80 Hz response) and take the last segment (12.5 ms) and put it in the gap that is made by the shift. and then shift the new signal by 12.5 ms (actually it is 25 ms because it is shifting for the shifted signal). and continue shifting until the signal ends (the signal window is about 215 ms) and finally average them all.
