Format:
There are a number of technical rules and conventions that you must follow in formatting the final layout of the text. These are as follows.
¨ The dissertation must be typed (word-processed), with the main text being in a 12-point font and 1.5 or double-spaced.
¨ The text should be left-aligned or fully justified.
¨ The dissertation should be page numbered sequentially from the first page of the contents to the last page of the bibliography or appendices. Page numbers should appear at the foot of the page and be centred or on the right.
¨ Two copies of the final dissertation must be submitted for assessment. One must be hard bound, and the other can be spiral bound.
