File  & chemical removal of gutta percha:

-    K-type file & chloroform is the best choice in small and curved canals.
-    The pulp chamber floated with chloroform, then k-type file gently "picking" into the chemically softend gutta-percha.
-    Initially, a size 10 or 15 SS file is used to "pick" into the gutta-percha occupying the coronal one third of the canal.
-    Creates a pilot hole and sufficient space for the serial use of larger files.
- put just one drop of chloroform to avoid toxic effect on the tissue
