Now that she understands more about the benefits of databases, the play-scheme manager would like to extend the play-scheme database to include data for schools and instructors as detailed below.

The manager wants to store the name, address and phone number for each school in the play-scheme's catchment area (regardless of whether any children from the school are registered for the play-scheme).  She also wants to record which school each child attends. (Each child can only attend one school.)
