Explain what is Periodontal Condition?

  • If intact attachment apperatus without pocket, time is critical direction toward non-surgical repair to prevent periodontal breakdown and/or bone loss.
  • If deep pocket related to furcal or coronal perforation it may required corrective surgery or extraction.
  • If chronic lesion with periodontal lesion the surgical approach is the line of treatment.
  • If need flap curettage seal the defect with MTA, irrigate the site with tetracycline.
  • Fill the surrounding bony defect with bone graft then resorbable periodontal membrane to cover the defect.
