Explain what is Periodontal Condition?

If intact attachment apperatus without pocket, time is critical direction toward non-surgical repair to prevent periodontal breakdown and/or bone loss.
If deep pocket related to furcal or coronal perforation it may required corrective surgery or extraction.
If chronic lesion with periodontal lesion the surgical approach is the line of treatment.
If need flap curettage seal the defect with MTA, irrigate the site with tetracycline.
Fill the surrounding bony defect with bone graft then resorbable periodontal membrane to cover the defect.
