Management can raise productivity that is management can get various numbers of goods as output from similar amount of resources (input) as given below:  

  • By decreasing scrap of materials
  • Changing the component layout or design of the component
  • Using the accurate process of production
  • By using appropriately trained workers for production.
  • By appropriate materials handling, storage services and proper packaging.
  • Improvement within work methods after doing correct work study.
  • Use of enhances tools, other devices and simple attachments,.
  • Recovering machine set-up timings.
  • Proper maintenance of machinery to ignore sudden breakdowns.
  • An appropriate plant layout which can accommodate more machinery in similar space.
  • Proper orientation, construction and within conditions of a building.
  • Linking wages too closely to output will raise productivity.
  • Utilize and develop more standard terms in service industries.
  • Redesign the jobs content to make them more challenging and interesting.
  • Develop communication to encourage everyone to work towards similar desired objectives.
