Explain Transport - Functions of Plasma Proteins

Hormones and several other small molecules travelling in the plasma would themselves get filtered in the renal glomeruli and get excreted in the urine. This wastage is prevented during the journey of these substances from their origin to their destination by their getting bound to the plasma proteins.
