Explain the Working of radial drilling machine
The work piece is held stationary i.e. clamped in position. As the motor is switched on, the motor shaft starts revolving. Therefore the Spindle starts rotating through belt and, thus, drill is rotate. When the drill is needed to be fed into the work, it is pressed against the work by means of the feed handle. As the handle is rotated, as the spindle and the drill is move longitudinally. Therefore the hole is produced in the work piece.
