Working of employees in flexible organisations:

• Production workers may be needed to take on indirect tasks as like quality control, cleaning of the work region, maintenance or adjustment to various production processes.

• Swapping workers between various tasks on a regular basis as like job rotation can make the organisations staff further flexible, helping to acquire the maximum contribution through the workforce.

• Training to operate various types of machines and processes over a period of time can extend the job activities or role of the worker.

• Team working can assist obtain a flexible culture and work practices as an example of by empowerment and by multi-skilling of team members.
