Explain the uses of arithmetic processor
A processor has arithmetic processor (as a sub part of it) which executes arithmetic operations. The data type, assumed to reside in the processor, registers during execution of an arithmetic instruction. Negative numbers can be in a signed magnitude or signed complement representation. There are three ways of demonstrating negative fixed point these are- binary numbers signed magnitude, signed 1's complement or signed 2's complement. Most computers use signed magnitude representation for mantissa.
A sorting method which uses the binary tree concept such that label of any node is larger than all the labels in the sub trees, is called A Sorting method which uses the binar
Define lazy swapper. Rather than swapping the whole process into main memory, a lazy swapper is used. A lazy swapper never swaps a page into memory unless that page will be re
Q. What is a virtual address? Von Neumann had suggested that execution of a program is possible only if program and data are residing in memory. In such a condition program len
